¿Cómo creen que el acceso a la información puede combatir la Violencia Basada en Género (VBG)?
“Information is Power, ” Many men suffer SGBV but are silent, fearing to report it due to a lack of correct and accurate information coupled with social norms around masculinities. In my opinion; Insuring access to information to address SRHR gender barriers, access to SRHR services, and ensuring men and women understand their rights and equal participation in decision-making is critical in combating SGBV.
It’s also important for men and women to appreciate the role and contribution of everyone in promoting, fulfilling, and protecting each other’s SRHR.
